Chuck Farro is the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Benefits Resource Group. He manages the company's operations and directs marketing services.
As an experienced consultant, Chuck develops new client-centric solutions as well as client and new company ventures. Being a successful entrepreneur together with thirty-four years of employee benefits experience, Chuck possesses the expertise to guide and direct the organization.
Together with Joseph R. Crea, Chuck has successfully launched and grown several companies, including service organizations in the insurance industry and benefits fields.
Chuck is an active board member of various community organizations. During his career, Chuck has served on the boards of the March of Dimes, Akron Art Museum, and the Cleveland Metropark Zoo Rainforest.
A native of the Cleveland area, Chuck holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from Kent State University. Chuck is also a shareholder in the prestigious M Financial Group, recognized as one of the leading producer partnerships in the country.
Joe Crea is the President and co-founder of Benefits Resource Group. He manages the development of leading edge solutions and services for BRG’s clients. An experienced consultant for small and large corporations, business owners, and individuals, Joe helps clients implement strategic plans for business and succession planning, employee benefits, executive compensation and wealth accumulation strategies.
Joe’s strength is his ability to listen to and consult clients, guiding them to appropriate resources that will accomplish their goals.
Together with Charles J. Farro, he has successfully launched and grown several companies, including service organizations in the insurance and benefits fields. He currently serves on business advisory boards, as well as boards of directors for several firms.
A Cleveland native, Joe is a member of the American Society of CLUs, the Cleveland Association of Life Underwriters, the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), he is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Financial Consultant and has credentials from the American College on advanced estate planning. He is a shareholder in the prestigious M Financial Group, recognized as one of the leading producer partnerships in the country.
Joe holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Miami University. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
Linda Cahill joined Benefits Resource Group even before she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baldwin Wallace College. Today, she is a Principal of BRG and the Director of Executive Benefits.
Linda’s long association with clients, many of whom have also been with Benefits Resource Group for more than 20 years, helps her make insightful recommendations based on her expertise in benefits management and close familiarity with each client’s philosophy.
Her coursework for the Chartered Life Underwriting and Chartered Financial Consultant certifications has given her a well-rounded understanding of the issues that her clients face. Her area of expertise is in Life and Disability Insurance with a specialization in both Qualified and Non-Qualified Executive Plans. She is licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Her membership in the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters, the Cleveland Association of Life Underwriters, and the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters keeps her knowledge up-to-date and gives her access to up-to-the-minute regulatory news that she shares with her clients.

Ross Farro is a Principal and Account Executive at Benefits Resource Group. He has worked as a health and ancillary benefits consultant for corporations and businesses specializing in serving clients of all sizes.
Prior to joining BRG, Ross worked in group health and ancillary benefits for Employers Select Plan. His experience in commercial sales and as former sales representative for Humana, Inc. gives Ross a detailed understanding of insurance products and the importance of finding innovative solutions to customer needs.
Ross graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication in 1999.
Jason Farro is a Principal and Account Executive with Benefits Resource Group. He specializes in providing health and ancillary benefits services to clients with 100 or less employees and worksite marketing.
Jason began his career in the national sales office of Humana Inc. and was one of the organization’s top performers in the small group area. In 2004, Jason moved back to his home town of Cleveland and joined Employers Select Plan (ESP), a general agency which markets benefits products and services through independent agents and brokers. At ESP, Jason expanded his knowledge and experience in the small group health and ancillary benefits areas. He brought his expertise to BRG and our clients in 2005.
Jason graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication and is currently working toward completion of his CEBS certification (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist). He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Cleveland YMCA.
Cindy LaQuatra joined Benefits Resource Group in 2006 as a Senior Consultant and Manager of Client Services in the group Health & Welfare department. She has worked in the insurance industry specializing in group employee benefits for over 30 years.
Her primary focus has been working with large national, multi-site employers, both public and private, consulting and actively constructing and managing long-term strategic plans custom designed to meet the unique objectives and goals of her clients. Cindy is a trusted advisor to her clients aiding them in aligning their group benefit initiatives to match their corporate objectives. Cindy provides her clients with important relevant benchmarking data and creative solutions to help control their healthcare spending while still affording her client’s employees with comprehensive benefit programs that are competitive with other employers.
Cindy has worked for insurance carriers, third party administrators and major consulting firms within northeast Ohio. She has broad knowledge in the areas of fully-insured medical and ancillary products as well as alternatively funded products including extensive expertise with self-funding and stop-loss. Her background also includes group underwriting, which provides her with a comprehensive understanding of carrier rating methodologies and renewal developments.
She has successfully earned the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation and is a member of the Worldwide Employee Benefits (WEB) network, the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association as well as the National Association of Health Underwriters. She is certified in group Medicare products, Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance and Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP). She is currently enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program working toward her Group Benefits Advisor (GBA) designation.
Cindy is a native of the Cleveland area, resides in Richfield and is an active member in her local church.
