In 1974, founders Charles J. Farro and Joseph R. Crea realized that employers needed more than traditional services off-the-shelf products to help them meet increasingly complex employee benefits challenges. They understood that the best way to help employers mitigate costs and successfully manage benefits programs was to manage their risk.
As they saw the tremendous need and opportunity to support their clients’ success, our co-founders developed a broad range of benefits consulting services and distribution channels to deliver creative, custom solutions to companies like yours.
